- Hands-on setup of your roster and curriculum
- A founding rate that stays with you
- A direct line to the people building Tatami
We ask
- Honest feedback as you use it
- Your story, once you’re happy to share it
Questions
The ones dojo owners ask us most. Something else on your mind? Ask us on a demo.
Is my website a template?
No. Each site is designed and built for one dojo: its own layout, colours, type and copy. After launch you edit the content yourself, and we build new pages when you need them.
Does Tatami handle billing and dues?
Not yet. Keep whatever you use today to collect tuition. Tatami runs alongside it, and one of our dojos does exactly that.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. Your website runs on your own domain.
What if I pick a mat up?
It’s hidden from your dojo. Your data stays, and laying it down again brings everything back.
How do we get our students in?
Founding dojos get hands-on help setting up the roster. Members then get an invite by email and set their own password.
Is it safe for kids?
Children under 18 need a parent’s consent and the dojo’s approval before they can sign in, and their messaging is limited to instructors and youth groups. The system enforces this; it isn’t a setting someone can forget.
